Meltdown

In Meltdown, Harm is being prosecuted by NCIS for the murder of Lt. Singer. Gibbs, finally admits to himself that Harm is not the killer, and DiNozzo as much as informs him of this at the JAG Conference table. Harm replies with "Tell Gibbs I OWE HIM ONE!!!"  


That line is a great lead in for Harm and Mac, especially Harm to get involved into a re-entry into NCIS, JAG The Movie, and then JAG in the 21st Century!

Also, Commander Lindsay strikes a deal which has him set for release in 2011, I think that would be a great crossover point, him getting out of jail and going after Harm again, or the NCIS team that put him in prison!
